1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging and tags (if applicable) must remain intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved:

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label

  • Detailed return instructions will be sent

Important: Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We'll resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

If you’re unsure about your item’s return eligibility, please reach out before initiating the return.

5. Exchanges
To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item as per the instructions

  • Place a new order for the replacement product

This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.

6. International Orders (EU Customers)
For EU orders, you have 14 days to return or cancel your order for any reason.
Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

This right is in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company
